- Handling Calls – Manage a mix of 70% inbound and 30% outbound calls, helping customers with inquiries and follow-ups.
- Driving Sales & Solutions – Use your expertise to guide customers to the right products and services, ensuring satisfaction and long-term value.
- Providing Bilingual Support – Utilize your English and Spanish skills to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Problem-Solving & Follow-Ups – Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless experience.
