Reports To: Logistics Manager / Operations Supervisor
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Team Lead to join our 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) team, with a primary focus on inbound operations or finished goods. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring that our goods flow seamlessly from suppliers through to storage, and from our facilities to customers with maximum efficiency and accuracy.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and has a knack for solving problems while keeping communication clear and consistent across all levels of the organization.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Overtime is required, as needed during the week and some weekends)
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily 3PL operations related to inbound shipments and finished goods, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company and customer requirements.

Monitor and optimize receiving, put-away, storage, and shipping processes.

Maintain accurate inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.

Support the development and execution of KPIs and ensure operational targets are met or exceeded.

Train, coach, and motivate team members while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Facilitate effective communication between 3PL partners and internal departments, including Procurement, Planning, and Customer Service.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and SOPs at all times.

Assist in system updates, audits, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, with a focus on inbound and/or outbound processes.

Proven leadership experience, preferably in a 3PL or high-volume distribution environment.

Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to lead a team, coordinate with partners, and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with 3PL providers or in a multi-site logistics environment.

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
