Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Make all purchasing materials, supplies or equipment for maintenance.
• Negotiate deals with suppliers, evaluate and expand portfolio.
• Researching possible item selections and taking inventory.
• Quote general materials and/or spare parts.
• Post Invoice entries for received materials.
• Track the receipt of material and create purchase orders.
• In charge of the supply chain.
• Involvement with the HACCP team and establish requirement.
•  Assist in internal audits.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma and/or equivalent education or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related career.

Skills

• Customer Service Skills
• SAP for Hanna
• ERP Software
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (Required).
