Job Opening: Problem Solver/ICQA (2nd shift)

ProLogistix is seeking associates to work in a fast-paced, physical role in a variety of areas including merchandise, on-demand manufacturing, packaging, and general fulfillment. Our client is in the East Hialeah area! 

Here are the following three shifts available.

• Monday – Thursday:  5:00pm to 4am 
• Friday – Sunday:  6am – 06:30pm 

 Work Duties and responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve problems than an associate encounters with inventory
• Resolves issues in a timely manner
• Use Excel to track problems and solve issues efficiently and accurately
  
• Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices.
• See prompts on screens and follow instructions for some tasks.
  
• Quality control & Inventory
• Label and store merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
• Solve problems.
• Ensure that the product meets quality requirements.

You must also be able to:

• Lifts up to 49 pounds.
• Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
• Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other equipment to move items.
• Steel-toe shoes are Mandatory
• Meet strict production standards regarding safety, quality, and compliance.
• Bilingual (preferred)  
• Great attention to detail and precision Self-motivated, works independently and able to meet deadlines.
