Job Objective:

Sugar Refining company is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and have a strong background in food manufacturing logistics. This role will be responsible for managing supply chain processes, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth operations within the logistics department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments, addressing any delays or issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and invoices.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure supply chain efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating warehouse activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics team.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination.
• Must have experience in food manufacturing logistics.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal communication).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work some weekends as needed.
