Hours and Starting Pay:

Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3pm $19hr

Job Description:

Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts of inventory in designated areas according to the counting schedule.
Data Entry: Accurately record inventory counts in the company’s inventory management system.
Reconciliation: Compare physical inventory counts with system records and identify any discrepancies.
Reporting: Prepare reports on discrepancies and assist in root cause analysis for inventory issues.
Inventory Adjustment: Collaborate with other departments to correct inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments in the system.
Process Improvement: Suggest improvements in inventory tracking and cycle counting procedures to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Audit Support: Support periodic physical inventory audits by preparing necessary documentation and assisting auditors as needed.
Inventory Organization: Maintain a clean and organized inventory area, ensuring items are properly stored and easily accessible for counting.
Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse teams, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth inventory operations.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems.
- Basic math skills for counting and reconciling inventory.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
