Job Title: Counter Sales

Shift: 7:00am -4:00pm OT when needed

Pay: $20-$25 based on experience

Employbridge is seeking an experienced Counter Sales Rep for a client in Warren, MI. Ideal candidate is outgoing, excellent at building customer relationships and looking for a long-term career with opportunity for growth. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Duties:

• Assisting customer at the service counter and over the phone
• Understand customer needs and recommending appropriate products and/or services
• Addressing customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally
• Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Processing and tracking orders within DOS system
• Assist with invoicing and quoting jobs
• Build client relationships

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of recent customer service experience
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with point of sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to grow within company
