Job Opening: Accounts Receivable and Payable
Description
Sugar Manufacturing company is in need of an Accounts Receivable and Payable clerk to handle financial transactions related to both what a company owes and what is owed to it. Will process payments to vendors, while manage the flow of money coming into the company to maintain accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
?SAP experience Required
?Journal Entries
?Bank Reconciliations
?Analytical and problem-solving skills
?Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
?Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
?Detail oriented with the ability to work with a high level of accuracy
?Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly reporting functionality and spreadsheets
?Ability to quickly learn and become familiar with ERP and reporting systems
?Demonstrated ability to plan and organize own work and projects with minimal supervision
?Support continuous improvement initiatives in accounting and operations
?Support order to cash process including but not limited to contracting, quoting, billing, and collections.
?Analyzes pricing issues & processes resulting in short-pays and determining appropriate resolution; supports AR on pricing differences.
?Support AP process, posting invoices, supplier account reconciliation, freight reconciliations.

- 3 years of Experience in Accounting or Finance
Language
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills in English and Spanish(Required)
Travel
- Some travel is required to our Arizona office
