Responsibilities:

   Managed Services:

• Oversee the daily FTZ Operation of all FTZ Managed Service clients.

• Prepare and submit periodic reports required of FTZs.

• Manage and train a team of individuals on FTZ requirements.

• Participate on periodic status calls with the FTZ project team, leading the calls when necessary.

• Develop and implement best practices.

• Oversee testing phase or “pilot” during implementation.

• Prepare Manuals and/or Training Materials to train employees on the Regulatory Requirements for FTZ Activation.

Qualifications

Required experience:

1. Must have two years’ experience in managing daily operations of an FTZ.

1. Must have previous supervisory experience.

2. Must be proficient with at least one FTZ software application.

3. Must have working knowledge of the CBP regulations and the CBP FTZ Manual.

4. Must have customer service experience.

5. Must evidence excellent organizational skills.

6. Must evidence excellent written and verbal communication skills.

8. Must be honest, dependable and confidential.

9. Must be able to work independently with minimal managerial input.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Enter customer orders received by email and phone into ERP system • Answer high volume of incoming calls and emails in a timely manner • Assist customer with product questions, ordering, order tracking, pick-ups, complaints, and problems • Communicate effectively with customers related to order status and coordinate with production regarding backordered items • Communicate with sales, finance and operation teams to ensure orders are fulfilled • Develop and maintain product knowledge to support customer needs and provide solutions • Utilize the use of SalesForce to manage customer issues • Verify product load and quantities match purchase order • Review and retrieve documentation for credit department as needed • Issue credits for pallet/product returns when applicable • Categorize, file, and maintain ship ticket copies for audit purposes and file all customer records • Execute Daily and Business fundamentals • Willing and able to cross-train on other aspects of the customer service process • Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Training for 2 weeks on a day shift 6am – 2:30pm (2nd interview with manager required) Open availability is required and will be discussed with Manager.

Basic Job Function: To load and unload raw and finished product in the warehouse area in accordance with first in first out (FIFO) operating procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for loading and unloading trailers in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the FIFO procedures.
Responsible for conducting daily preventative maintenance checks on equipment as directed by standard operating procedure and management.
Responsible for conducting inventory as directed by shift supervisor.
Responsible for assuring that no damaged pallets are released to customer.
Responsible for the completion, legibility, and accurateness of the documentation required by management.
Responsible for communicating operational problems to other forklift operators, warehouse leadsman and shift supervisors.
Responsible for the safe operation of the forklifts in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Accountable for the cleanliness of the warehouse, loading docks, and shipping yard.
Maybe required to fulfill material handler duties as directed by shift supervisor.
Perform extra duties as directed by shift supervisors and upper management.
