Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months recent experience on Sit Down Forklift (propane or electric)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Advanced administrative responsibilities include preparation of more complex reports/presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases. Is considered a specialist in the department or division, responsible for a complete process of complex nature. Duties will include determining methods and procedures used to accomplish tasks.

• Receiving and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. 
• Accurately recording inventory levels and stock locations. 
• Performing cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. 
• Managing stock rotation to ensure proper expiry dates. 
• Identifying and addressing inventory discrepancies.
• Managing returns and processing related paperwork.
• Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and operations. 
• Analyzing data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

Clamp / Forklift Operators for Northeast Houston

Must have at least 2 years of clamp operating experience.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing manifest to pull route, stage freight, and assist team in loading and unloading trucks

• Material handling may include one or more of the following: picking, packing, scanning, counting products, and other like duties?must ensure timeliness, packaging, and systems work is completed accurately

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.?

Experienced Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operators needed in La Porte!

Job Specifics:

Skilled worker with a thorough knowledge of procedures and processes associated with supply, storage, and distribution functions in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will be responsible for inbound orders, outbound orders, inventory management, storage and accurate documentation of packaged material from a conveyor line.

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of forklift experience in shipping & receiving warehouse environment. 

Job duties:

• Take packaged material from line to container

• Inspect container before loading

• Transfer heavy material to production line when needed

• Ensure all dock operations are performed in a safe matter

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

• Occasionally assist the production line with special projects

• Inspect equipment daily and frequently

Pay rate: $16.50/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday 6am- 6pm.

Gate Clerk for Northeast Houston

Responsible for managing the entry and exit of trucks by performing security checks, verifying identification, logging information, and ensuring compliance with access control procedures.

Utilize computer systems to record details of incoming and outgoing traffic.

Managing the gate system, including opening and closing gates as needed, and coordinating traffic flow.

Documenting any security concerns, suspicious activities, or accidents occurring at the gate.

Ability to accurately record information and identify potential issues during inspections.

Familiarity with computer systems to log data and manage access control systems.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic physical tasks like checking vehicle documentation.

Check containers coming into and leaving facility.

Must be able to bend, stoop, and walk for 10 hours.

Check in drivers and document entry paperwork. Document control.

1^st shift is from 3am to 11:30am. 2^nd shift is from 11:00am to 7:30pm.
