Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 4am-2:30pm (4/10’s) alternative work week schedule

Job Overview: Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a AP Clerk to support our Ontario, CA operation. As a AP Clerk, you will be responsible for communicating with customers and route drivers for delivery and status updates daily. Once hired this position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with Customers daily for status updates Reconcile deliveries (Previous Day and Current Day)
• Compile and compose BOL's for deliveries
• Route drivers' delivery schedule daily
• Communicate, coordinate and direct drivers' delivery functions
• Bill deliveries within accounting software
• Generate invoicing within freight payment system
• Provide updates to DC on Club status or requests
• Oversee and monitor driver progress throughout the day
• Organize and file BOLs/invoices/DOT documents
• Recap daily on-goings and communicate to team EDI entry reporting (Customer communication)
• Schedule appointments for Deliveries/Backhaul coordination/Vendor Pick-ups
• Report on all equipment mileage monthly
• Reconcile IFTA mileage for compliance Call in repairs (Roadside or otherwise)
• Cross train as needed

Sanitation 

A large formulator and manufacturer of nutritional bar and functional powder products is seeking a sanitation worker to join their team. 

Temp to hire opportunity with great benefits such as Holiday pay, PTO, Health Benefits and 401k once hired.

Schedule: Rotating work week schedule and must be open to working weekends, hours are 3pm-3:30am 

Pay: $18-$19/hr

• Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble food processing equipment
• Dispose of waste along the assembly line
• Sweep and mop the floors
• Dust ventilation ducts to ensure proper airflow
• Refill soap and hand towels in the bathrooms
• Report potential issues to management
• Washes containers, vessels, utensils, processing equipment and parts
• Ensures that residual material is removed and that the equipment is thoroughly cleaned
• Rinses washed equipment thoroughly to remove soap residue
• Stores clean equipment on a manner that prevents contamination
• Labels cleaned equipment with identification that indicates the equipment is clean

Job Requirements:

• Pre-employment screenings

• Knowledge of standard methods, practices, tools and equipment of sanitation service
• Ability to communicate efficiently with Supervisor/Leads
• Great attendance and punctuality

Sanitation Lead position needed in Ontario!

The Sanitation Lead supports Sanitation Manager to drive compliance in Food Safety, works with the Warehouse, Quality, Operations and Maintenance Teams to provide resolution to Food Safety and Quality Assurance issues. The lead floor level for the Sanitation Department and will serve as the of primary trainer and guide for all sanitation personnel as well as production personnel taking part in any level of cleaning.

Schedule: Rotating days 3:00AM-3:30PM

Pay: $20-$22/hr

Job Duties:

• As necessary performs other related functions of which the above are representative
• Hold sanitation and production staff accountable
• Support Sanitation Manager in the completion of all Master Cleaning tasks
• Drives compliance of Full and Partial washes that occur, transition into or out of the shift.
• Support Sanitation Manager to build relationship with internal customers and work with them to comply with our Food Safety Programs.
• Based on chemical providers guidelines
• Ability to work and communicate efficiently with Supervisors or Leads to ensure on time start-ups.
