• Process Documentation: Skilled in creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), SWIs (Standard Work Instructions), and detailed flowcharts.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Capable of managing large data sets, analyzing performance metrics, and generating actionable reports for leadership.
